Our two sections are: Jared's Tarot: (Previews) This is where Jared January takes various facts from previous matches and his personal opinions and comes up with a prediction for his Picks. Matt's Picks (Reviews) This is where Matthew Williams uses the match facts at the end of the game and compares it to the preview, and talks about the "highlights and lowlights" of the game.

Jared's Tarot (MUFC vs. HCFC)

Hello Reader,

Second preview, let's hope we have better luck than last time.

There's only one game this weekend, but it's a very vital one for Man United, as it could lift them to the top of the table.

The Lowdown

In midweek, Man United was on the receiving end of a great performance by Man City in what is currently one of the most entertaining derbies in football.

Manchester City 2 - 1 Manchester United

To the untrained eye it may seem like United are at a disadvantage, but they're actually doing quite well. The match consists of two legs, so the teams are currently even because of the away goal rule.
The next game is at Old Trafford so they may actually be at an advantage. They have also kept five clean sheets in their last six home games.

Hull on the other hand is still looking for their first win for this season, scoring just 7 goals and conceding 26.

Is it a Given?

It's not as clear cut as it may seem. United are expected to make many changes considering have two major fixtures in the near future (the reverse fixture against City and an away match against Arsenal).

Players to Watch

Rio Ferdinand is set to play his first fixture since
October of last year, when him and Vidic were

ripped apart by Liverpool striker Torres.

Zoran Tosic is currently one of my favorite
youth players in the league. If he starts in this
fixture (which is likely because of MU shifting their
squad around), he will definitely be an impact player.

Mame Biram Diouf has been a real super-sub
for Manchester United, scoring in his first game for
the club and was also a major threat against derby
rivals City. It would be interesting to see him starting
for the club, to see how much of a solid 90 minute option
the Senegalese youngster is.

Boaz Myhill single-handedly kept Spurs at bay when the two clashed in their most recent fixture.
His current form is that of a top-notch goalkeeper and one would
expect him to maintain it during this fixture.

Enough talk bro, what's the score gonna be?

Manchester United 2 - 0 Hull City

    Hi

    You will probably lose:)

    Just Joking.
With Welsh Keeper Boaz Myhill in terrific form, Hull could be able to salvage a 0-0 draw...

    Matt

Ps: Sorry JJ if u wanted to take this one. Please add if needed!

Portsmouth are the best bet against an under strength Westham and Bolton are the more spirited side against Burnley becuz Ex-Burnley boss Coyle has moved to Bolton. If both win, Hull go Last.
    Nd Hull r GAY!!!

    PS:Hope ur coach gets fired:)
